| 28-Jan-2008 03:30 | Thanks to your bravery and sharing, the timid can enjoy actions shots we would otherwise never see. Stay safe. I'm looking for civet cats, which is what brought me to this galary. The civet cat photo is what I expected, but every other pic I've seen the civet looks like a weasle.??? They are very different from each other. |

| 25-Mar-2006 05:44 | This is an amazing collection of images. I know what you mean about taking time to get the images. Our zoo had four Sumatran tigers born and I would spend 4-5 hours in front of their exhibit. I followed them with my camera for a year. You have an amazing variety of activities and expressions. Super! Voted. |

| 24-Nov-2004 16:56 | Thanks for your kind comments Mark. These sort of pictures are really a time related achievement. The biggest factor here is spending the time to get the shots. My last visit to the Tigers I stood for 5 hours in the same area just watching, waiting and occasionally shooting. If you make the effort its amazing what you can produce.
Come back and visit regularly and I will try to keep adding. Some of my raptor and butterfly shots are pretty decent too.
Cheers

| 24-Nov-2004 16:48 | Thanks Susan I am glad you enjoyed and had a little smile too. On the whole the Cats in these galleries have enough space to run around and whilst I am with you on the wild aspect (yearning to go to Kruger and the Zambezi) I have to make do for the moment with what is available to me. Loved your Tiger 98 shot.
Cheers,
Col |
