In a world where shoe brand is almost as indicative of status as type of car drivened or amount of bathrooms within the official residence, one should wonder where our priorities lie. Are a pair of Uggs worth saving up for when the average price of groceries skyrockets? While America is in financial turmoil, thousands if not millions of shoppers, apparently unaffected by their newly upturned bank acounts, continue to drool over these shoes made from "grade-A sheepskin." |
