为了深入了解这两天热点新闻之一,印共马列(或称为纳萨尔派,Naxalites)的情况,在网上特地找了几张有关该党的照片,供关心时事的读者了解背景知识。

译注:纳萨尔派(Naxalites, Naxals 或 Naksalvadis)以纪念该派开始组织的的一个村落,西班加尔邦的纳萨尔巴里(Naxalbarii)。

新闻背景:

纳萨尔派武装组织自1967年开始在印度西孟加拉邦的纳扎尔巴里村引导农民爆发武装起义。但在开始时就被印度政府粉碎瓦解了。上世纪80年代“东山再起”后,他们开始招募数百名贫穷村民,用弓箭甚至从警察和政府军械库弄来的步枪将其武装起来。他们隐藏于深山密林之中,游荡在偏远地带的村庄周围。

印度政府称,该国纳萨尔派武装分子主要从袭击警察基地获得武器,还从军火走私商以及其他武装团体获得武器。他们现在配备自动武器、肩扛式火箭弹发射器、地雷和炸药。
