第二招 健康之道

     “健康胜过财富。”(Health is better than wealth.)人没有健康就尝不到生活的乐趣,要学会养生之道,求医之术,安慰同情之术。如果你能熟练运用下面这些经典,你就不再会“有苦难言”(to find it's hard to tell about your sufferings)了。
