More Qualifications or Not

  Many college students are enthusiastic about obtaining more certificates to qualify them for the potential jobs and promotions.They believe they will have better opportunities of employment and a wide variety of jobs ahead of them.

  Admittedly,the certificates can display the proficiency or qualification in different fields.They enable the applicants to have some alternatives when they can enjoy doing a job they like.The certificates are also the extension when they hop and hunt another one.However,the grades or degrees are not equal to the capability in the job.In addition to the qualifications at hand,other factors,such as working experience,problemsolving ability,and practical application of theories,are essential in getting or doing a job.Moreover,no certificates can also prove peoples quality and traits.

  Certificates can be of some benefit in our looking for a job.However,if we put too much emphasis on getting them,we can not succeed in doing it.We have to learn more technical,communicative and survival skills.
