according to “根据”、“按照”，普通用语，用作短语介词，接名词，引出状语。
1) According to the weather forecast, it can be expected to be clear up tomorrow.
（根据天气预报明天,将放晴。）
2）Every man will be paid according to his ability
（每个人将根据他的能力得到报酬。）
according as “根据……而……”，“要看 …… 而定”。跟according to不同的 是其后要接从句。
1) You may do the work this week or later according as the situation requires.
（你可以这一周做这项工作，也可以稍后一些时间做，看情况需要而定。）
2) According as you prefer, you may continue to work here or quit your job.
（你可以继续在这里工作或辞职，随你的你喜欢而定吧。）

这几个短语都可表示“根据”、“依照”“遵照”的意思。
