    If you work in an office, you’d better follow the following rules:

 

    1) Play the games being played.

       （不要自行其是，按游戏规则办事）

    2) Don’t make enemies. Don’t brun bridges.

         (不要树敌，不要过河折桥。)

    3) Don’t whine and complain.

      （不要絮絮叨叨，牢骚满腹。）

    4）Don’t intimidate superiors. Don’t go over your superior’s head.

         (必要胁迫上司，不要越级办事。)

    5) Don’t make others look bad.

       （不要令他人难堪。）

    6) Criticize in terms of employer’s interests, not personal.)

         (就事论事，不要针对个人。)

    7）Help others get what they want.

         (急他人之所急。)

    8) Establish affiliations of mutual advantage with important people.

        (与要人结交互惠关系。)

    9）Selectively self-disclose.

        (选择性自我揭秘。)

    10) Don’t assume anything will stay secret.

       （不要想当然认为有秘密别人不会知道。）

    11) Create win-win solutions.

        (创造双赢局面。)

    12) Cultivate a positive, simple, accurate image.

        (树立积极、简明、准确的形象。)

    13) Be pleasant. Laugh and smile.

        (笑口常开，做令人愉快的人。)

    14) Be assertive and tough, not aggressive.

       （坚定果断，严肃认真，但不咄咄逼人。）

    15) Don’t oversell.Be natural. Develop your own sytle.

         (不过度推销自己，要自然得体，培养出自己的风格。)
