　　Irma and Ida are kissing cousins.

　　"Though we live in different parts of the sea we usually get together for tea once or twice a month" Ida said."We have many other cousins living here and there as well but we don't consider them kissing cousins" Irma added.

　　You too may have kissing cousins somewhere beacuse a kissing cousins is any close relative whom you see or visit often.

　　"But of course you don't really have to kiss any of them" Ida exclaimed.

　　厄玛和艾达是kissing cousins。

　　“虽然住在海里不同的地方，我们每个月总要有一次或两次聚在一起喝茶，”艾达说道。“我们都有其他堂兄弟和表姐妹住在或近或远的海里，但我们没把他们看做kissing cousins，”厄玛补充说。

　　你可能也有kissing cousins住在某地，因为kissing cousins专指那些住得离你很近、又经常互相走动的亲戚。

　　“当然，你不必每次见面时都要亲他们一次！”艾达提醒说。
