原料:肉、葱姜、辣椒、料酒、烧烤料、盐、糖、油、生抽等

做法:猪肉一块,切成片(我买的肉,就是外边烤肉串的肉,基本没肥肉,所以,像我这种爱吃肥肉的,就另外切了一点肥的,这样会比较香烧烤小炒肉VS炸鱼 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>炒出比烧烤还好吃的肉

葱切段、姜切丝,辣椒切开备用

锅里放少许油,油热后,放肉片下锅煸炒

肉变白后,加入一点点料酒去腥,加入少许的生抽

放葱姜和辣椒下锅,和肉片一起翻炒

等到肉完全成熟,加少许盐和糖,加入适量烧烤料炒匀即可出锅

 

注意:肉最好是新鲜的,冻肉做出的味道稍差一些

爱吃五花肉的同学,也可以用五花肉来做,那也是相当好吃的

从外边买的烧烤料比较方便,要是想自制的话,可以将孜然粉、十三香、五香粉、辣椒粉、胡椒粉等各取适量混合,那味道更好烧烤小炒肉VS炸鱼 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>炒出比烧烤还好吃的肉

 

炒肉的时间不必太长,只要肉完全熟了即可,时间太长肉都老了
