２００７年最后一个新帖，看到了坛友发的新浪上面关于zippo生产流程的视频（http://you.video.sina.com.cn/b/8138994-1287756133.html），解决了很多疑惑之处！ 但由于解说是英文的，还是有些地方不大明白。看了７，８遍，就尝试着翻译了一下。由于水平不够，有些关于工艺的单词没有听懂，并且错误之处肯定很多，请大家指正，补充，完善这个文章。 希望能够结合观看这个视频，大家都能对自动化程度很高的zippo的生产作进一步的了解！ 以下是我根据自己听的记录下来的视频解说词以及我自己的翻译和注脚： －－－－－－－－－－－ It's the case for combustion. To make lighter cases, a machine uncoils brass from the scroll, putting it into a press.  The press stamps the brass repeatly to shape both the top and the bottom parts of the case.  A worker collects them and puts them on a revolving table.  Another worker slides on the hinge to link the top and bottom of the pieces. An electrode welds the hinge to the case. The cases are now blanched into a series of washing solutions.
