HANGZHOU, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- More than 20 people were injured after a passenger bus veered off a highway and fell six to seven meters down a slope in Zhejiang province on Sunday, rescuers said.
The accident happened at about 6 p.m. on the Hangzhou-Nanjing Highway near the city of Huzhou. A bus careened off the road after trying to dodge a forthcoming truck, a rescuer said.
An initial probe shows the bus, designed for more than 30 passengers, was not overloaded when the accident happened.
