1. beyond [bi'j?nd]    prep. 越出,超过
例句：She is bright beyond her years.
她的聪明超出了她的年龄。
2. capture ['k?pt??]   v. 夺取;占领
例句：The enemy attempted to capture the city but failed.
敌人试图占领这个城市,但是失败了。
3. stupid ['stjuid]    adj. 愚蠢的;笨的
例句：I'm not stupid, but I don't know anything about money.
我不笨,但是我对钱没有概念。
4. except for         除……以外
例句：Except for the sun, the moon looks the biggest object in the sky.
除了太阳以外,月球是天空中看起来最大的物体。
