On October 26, the education system of the Tibet Autonomous Region held a Gala performance to celebrate the 18th CPC National Congress.[Photo/Xinhua] Tibetan people celebrate the 18th CPC National Congress which is proposed to convene on Nov 8 in Beijing and offer their best wishes to the Party and country. The congress is a very important meeting to be held at a critical time when China is building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and deepening reform and opening up and accelerating the transformation of economic development pattern in difficult areas.
