赛根区域是布洛涅-毕岚古尔市雷诺汽车旧厂区改造规划项目中面向塞纳河的梯形区域，该区域通过跨越塞纳河的新桥联系于未来的赛根岛开发区，同时也是区域交通网络中的重要组成部分。
方案设计的重点在于创建一个联系塞纳河岸和Sèvres高地，并向区域内部延伸的步行系统，通过大量乔木、灌木、竿竞植物等绿化植物的配置丰富该步行公共空间系统。
方案通过精细的铺装处理、灵活的材质应用，以及突出公共空间的重要地位来创造该新区独特的城市形象。
