1.The blade is made of Polyurethane Compound Rubber, Low friction, antiflaming and antistatic, smoothly and no damage the surface of

the belt.

2.The diagonal return belt cleaner effectively wipes the material dropped on to the belt. The diagonal position makes it possible to move the material to the either side of the belt. 1.The impact bed used in buffer zone of elevation drop.

2.The impact bar can decrease the impact force when the material falling. The bar surface is made of UHMW-PE, reducing the friction between the conveyor belt and the impact bar.        

3. The design of the inpact bed is easy for Installation and maintenance,reducing maintenance costs.

4.To improve the effection of dust proof, multi-layer skirt rubber[Model SXJW-B] is needed to be installed at the both sides of the impact bed.

 

 

Multiply Skirt Rubber SXJW-B

 

 

 

1.Double layer design, the inner layer separates conveying material, the outer part isolates the dust. The inner layer among, made of the special compounded PU, can effectively prevent materials to spillover and improve the service life of skirt rubber.

 2.Keep the space 3-5mm beteewn the inner layer and the belt to decrease the belt damage.

 3.Double design, the outer part always keep the balanced pressuret so as to efficiently reduce dust leakage.

 4.Due to the particular design of the clamper, the holder and aluminum alloy bar connect tightly and will not drop, easy to be construction and installed.

Features:

application to the driving pulleys and drive pulleys, convex point designed , increases  the coefficient of friction between the belt and pulley and can prevent off-centre of the belt . There is drainage ditch between each  row of ceramic to improve the drainaging function. Five faces of each ceramic paste with the rubber to strengthen adhesion strength and prolong its service life.

Applicable Scope: Application to the conveying systems of steel metallurgical, thermal power, mine, dock, cement and other industries. Its service life is nearly 50 times of the traditional cold viscose.

Suitable for Head funnel & unloading chute and different environment requirement. With the combined-type design, maintenance and replacement is getting easier. Our standard sizes of the liner as below, but it can be cut according to the site condition.

 

 

 

 

Generally, the flat ceramic liner can’t bear the hard impact from the bulk material and it’s easy to spall and drop. The rigidity of spherical ceramic can resist the strong impact and avoid spalling. The chute with ceramic liner is suitable for high wear material such as coal, coke and sinter etc.
