Administrators should undertake an important business to meet the necessity of studying places. They need to establish some districts of different functions which can maintain students’ concentration on their studies. And more importantly, they must ensure the safety of the students. Further more, when places are both equipped with learning facilities, but one with an ample outfit such as coffee or snacks, air-conditioners, and something that seduces you, while the other one is nothing but seats and desks, which one will you choose? Apparently, the former is the better. So administrators ought to construct a more perfect learning environment for students to enhance the learning initiative and study effiency.
