 create an experience, you must begin by having a very clear, focused, vivid thought of that experience. Keep that dream in your heart, asking
yourself why it's so important for you, and you will find a answer from the inner voice. If that dream never goes away from your heart, that
dream will begin to show its power as the seed begins to grow underground, like the root of bamboo starts to develope when the spring is
coming.
You are the creator of your life, you have the ability to choose what kind of life you want, what kind of friends you want to make, what kind of
books you want to read. You have the ability to choose how to spend your free time, when you take your dream and thoughts seriously, you will
know you have to do something to make that dream into a real one.
There are a few ways that can help you to focus on your dream. First we need to trust our dream, we may hear the different voices from others that
it's not possible for us to reach our dream, or sometimes we even don't trust ourselves. This time, your dream is as the seed buried in the underground,
it needs water, temperture, and nutrition to develop and grow. We need to take care of our dream as the gardener takes care of his seeds and plants.
For me the first step is to warm up my thoughts. Once in a while, I read some self-help books, the autobiographies of successful people. Everyday I learn and expand
my awareness. I also like to make friends with those who are successful in their life.
Second, Breaking our big goals down into some small goals that we can easily to achieve. Making a list of the things we need to do to reach the small goals. Once
you reach your small goals, celebrate it and reward yourself as watching a good movie, taking a wonderful trip, or even buying a nice gift.
Third, it's very important to have a healthy body. Eating right food, having enough sleep, doing yoga, meditation, and going to the gym.
Fouth, helping others to reach their goals is also one of the best ways to help ourselves. I had worked for one years as an English teacher in
Shanghai.
One time my neighbour asked me to help their 9 years old girl with her maths, that time her maths score was about 30s, after an hour helping her, the
second day she got 86 in her math test. I was surprised at my help could make so much differece in her math learning, which let me gain lots of confident at my teaching skill. I appied for an English teaching job soon after that and very luck I got it.
Sometimes it will take many years to finish our dream. It needs a very strong and indefatigable mind, many years hard work, but if your dream
is strong enough, and when you embrace it with your full love and passion, your inner wisdom will find a way for it to grow, to create, and to
make it into a real one.
