ANKARA, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- A parliamentary commission report showed that at least 35,566 people have been killed in the past 30 years in conflict with the outlawed Kurdish Workers' Party (PKK), local newspaper Today's Zaman reported on Tuesday.

Turkish Parliament's anti-terrorism sub-committee said in its latest report that among the killed list, nearly 8,000 were public servants, mostly soldiers, and 5,500 civilians.

More than 22,000 of the killed were PKK members. As a result of the conflict, at least 386,000 people were forced to leave their hometowns in 14 provinces to western Turkey, Europe or other countries.

The PKK is listed as terror organization by Turkey, the United States and the European Union. Turkey's conflict with the PKK claimed the lives of more than 40,000 people, mostly Kurds, since 1984.
