NANNING, May 1 (Xinhua) --
A man in south China committed
suicide after allegedly killing two
five-year-old children and injured three
others in a knife attack Wednesday,
police said.
The killing
occurred at about 7 p.m. in a
village in Chengtuan township of
Liujiang county, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous
Region, the county's public security
bureau said in a
statement.
Police found the
suspect dead from apparent suicide
after locating and trying to seize
him, it said.
The police
authorities gave no further
details.
