The annual Qixi Festival has arrived. If we want to find a Chinese traditional festival that is closest to the Valentine's Day, it must be Qixi, which is the only Chinese festival devoted to love in the lunar calendar.

The festival is originated from a love legend between Niulang (cowherd) and Zhinu (weaving girl) in ancient China. In recent years, more and more places in China regard the day as China's Valentine's Day, and lots of shopping malls offer special prices to meet the new fashion.

Luoyang, central China's Henan province: "Seven fairies" appear at Longmen Grottoes on Qixi Festival

Seven girls in ancient costumes appeared at Longmen Grottoes scenic spot and interacted with tourists through activities include introducing grottoes history and flying butterflies.
