Li Yajun surpassed a weightlifting world record at the Chinese National Games here onTuesday.

The athlete who represents south China's Guangdong Province lifted 105kg to surpass theworld snatch record of 103kg in the women's 53kg class.

The International Weightlifting Federation does not sanction world records set at theNational Games.
