Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:
Support EHS Manager to develop management & employee EHS responsibilities and performance measures. Assist management in developing/improving employee and management skills to execute their responsibilities in the EHS program.
协助EHS经理加强员工的对EHS职责的理解，开发有效的测评工具。协助管理层加强员工在执行EHS项目时的技巧。
Support EHS manager conduct site inspections and program evaluations.
协助EHS经理执行园区的日常检查与项目评估。
Evaluate new processes, chemicals, and equipment prior to their purchase at the location/ operation.
在新工艺实施前，采购新的化学品、机器设备前进行安全性分析。
Define employee training needs and select training tools. Deliver training or verify delivery of training by qualified individuals to employees and management.
依据员工需求选择针对性培训工具。并能够对员工与管理层展开培训。
Implement programs for the recognition, evaluation and control of physical and chemical hazards.
执行物理与化学危险品的识别、评估与管控。
Assist management and operating teams to verify compliance with Group requirements and government regulations.
确保集团要求与政府法律规定得到落实与遵守。
Support or participate in various types of EHS compliance and/or management system audits of studio locations to ensure compliance with local, national and Group requirements.
支持/参与多种EHS协调，运用系统性审核确保符合当地，国家与集团的相关要求。
