曾经我的一名下属，在我离开公司1年后，离职创业。本想着给他更多的帮助，并希望他来阿里。在几次交流之后，了解到他想做的事情，他的梦想，虽然他未必能成功，但他在邮件最后落款附上了Entrepreneur's Credo of the American，他给我上了一课（他内心的力量是我当时带他时没有感受得到的，很是意外），我从此很支持他的选择。后续我就更多去思考怎么给他创业的指导和其他方面的帮助。
网上的翻译个人十分不满意，所以尽力翻译一版。
I do not choose to be a common person.
我有权选择不做一个平庸的人。
