The 2014 China (Qinghai) Sanjiangyuan International Photography Festival runs from July 12 to 15, the latest international cultural activity in Northwest China's Qinghai province to boost the region's global visibility. First launched in 2006, the event, promoting ecological and cultural photography, has seen its fifth edition, organized by China's State Council Information Office, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, China Photographers Association and Publicity Department of Qinghai Provincial Party Committee. More than 10,000 works will be on display in separate exhibitions, each with a particular theme. At least 50 guests, including some 30 foreign photographers from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Greece and Argentina will attend. |
