![]() Beijing police and food administration authorities cracked down on an illegal workshop making chuanr, small pieces of meat roasted on skewers, from unsanctioned food materials, the Beijing Daily reported. The workshop was located at a courtyard in a residential compound in Lugouqiao, Fengtai district, where a family ran a stall selling homemade chuanr. Other residents in the compound had complained about the poor sanitation that was caused by the workshop and the stall. Police found that all the ingredients used at the workshop were labeled with no production information. Related News
