民航机场候机楼广播用语规范
制定本标准的目的在于规范民航机场候机楼广播用语，以提高广播服务质量和适应广播自动化的发展趋势。
1主题内容与适用范围
本标准对民航机场候杨楼广播用语（以下简称广播用语）的一般规定、类型划分和主要广播用语的格式作出了规范。本标准适用于民航机场候机楼广播室对旅客的广播服务。
2广播用语的一般规定
2.1广播用语必须准确、规范，采用统一的专业术语，语句通顺易懂，避免发生混淆。
2.2广播用语的类型应根据机场有关业务要求来划分，以播音的目的和性质来区分。一般应按本标准第3章进行。
2.3各类广播用语应准确表达主题，规范使用格式，一般应按本标准第4章进行。
2.4广播用语以汉语和英语为主，同一内容应使用汉语普通话和英语对应播音。在需要其他外语语种播音的特殊情况下，主要内容可根据本标准第3、4、5章广播用语汉语部分进行编译。
3广播用语的分类
广播用语包括：
a.航班信息类；b.例行类；c.临时类
3.1航班信息类广播用语包括：
a.出港类；b.进港类； 3.1.1出港类广播用语包括：
a.办理乘机手续类；b.登机类；c.航班延误取消类；
3.1.1.1办理乘机手续类广播用语包括：
a.开始办理乘机手续通知；
b.推迟办理乘机手续通知；
c.催促办理乘机手续通知；
d.过站旅客办理乘机手续通知；
e.候补旅客办理乘机手续通知。
3.1.1.2登机类广播用语包括：
a.正常登机通知；b.催促登机通知；c.过站旅客登机通知；
3.1.1.3航班延误取消类广播用语包括；
a.航班延误通知；b.所有始发航班延误通知；c.航班取消通知（出港类）；d.不正常航班服务通知。
3.1.2进港类广播用语包括：
a.正常航班预告；b.延误航班预告；c.航班取消通知（进港类）；d.航班到达通知；e.备降航班到达通知。
3.2例行类广播用语包括：
a.须知；b.通告等。
3.3临时类广播用语包括：
a.一般事件通知；b.紧急事件通知。
4航班信息类广播用语的格式规范
航班信息类播音是候机楼广播中最重要的部分，用语要求表达准确、逻辑严密、主题清晰，所有格式一般应按本章执行。
4.1规范的格式形式
4.1.1每种格式由不变要素和可变要素构成。其中，不变要素指格式中固定用法及其相互搭配的部分，它在每种格式中由固定文字组成。可变要素指格式中动态情况确定的部分，它在每种格式中由不同符号和符号内的文字组成。
4.1.1.1格式中的符号注释：
①：表示在____处填入航站名称；
②：表示在____处填入航班号；
③：表示在____处填入办理乘机手续柜台号、服务台号或问询台号；
④：表示在____处填入登机口号；
⑤：表示在____处填入二十四小时制小时时刻；
⑥：表示在____处填入分钟时刻；
⑦：表示在____处填入播音次数；
⑧：表示在____处填入飞机机号；
⑨：表示在____处填入电话号码；
⑩：表示〔〕中的内容可以选用，或跳过不用；
（11）：表示需从〈〉中的多个要素里选择一个，不同的要素用序号间隔。
4.1.2每种具体的广播用语的形成方法：
根据对应格式，选择或确定其可变要素（如航班号、登机口号、飞机机号、电话号码、时间、延误原因、航班性质等）与不变要素共同组成具体的广播用语。
4.2规范的格式内容
4.2.1出港类广播用语包括三类（见3.1.1）
4.2.1.1办理乘机手续类广播用语包括五种（见3.1.1.1）

5例行类、临时类广播用语的说明
5.1各机场根据具体情况组织例行类广播，并保持与民航总局等有关部门的规定一致。
5.2各机场根据实际情况安排临时类广播。当采用临时广播来完成航班信息类播音中末能包含的特殊航班信息通知时，其用语应与相近内容的格式一致。
