葱花饼的做法详细介绍:

                                              

  1,和好面,最好是和的软一点


 


  2,擀成长条片,抹上香油、葱花,撒上花椒粉,卷起后竖着按扁,擀成饼状备用


 


  3,平底锅或饼铛倒油烧热后开小火,油温要控制在六七成热


 


  4,将擀好的饼放入两面反复加热,熟透后即可出锅
