YoumayhavebeentoItaly,savoringlocalpizza.YoumayhavetravelledtoBritain,experiencingbakedloaves.YoumayhavevisitedJapan,relishingsushi.However,haveyoueverpaidavisittoSouthoftheFiveRidgesinChina?Ifnot,itisagoodideaforyoutohaveatripthereandfeastyourselfbothonthegorgeoussceneryandonthedelicatecuisines.

LocatedinsouthofChina,theLingnanregionisbackedbythemountainsoffiveRidges,facingSouthChinaSeaandrivernetworkofPearlRiverDeltaandHanRiverDelta,whereisabundantinseafood.Withitssubtropicalmarinemonsoonclimate,itsdurationofsunshineislongenoughandtherainfallisample,whichfacilitatesthedevelopmentofagricultureandaquacultureindustry,creatingavarietyofdaintiesanddelicacies.
