| I was very disappointed with the service. I've been here a hand full of times and they are usually pretty good. I got here at 5:30 pm Friday afternoon I understand it's a busy time but not okay what I dealt with. My car came out and instead of putting it with the rest it was put with the detailed cars. My car sat for over 15 in the sun getting water spots. Cars that came after me were out in the normal section and we're done before mine. The worst part of it was it was the owner/ manager that parked my car there. After I walked over to check to see who was working on my car it finally started to get dry. I went to go look for the manager and he was nowhere to be found. After witnessing him pretty much yell at the poor car cleaners to hurry up, I found it pointless to say anything. I use to like coming here because the car guys do a great job it's the owner/manager guy who failed. You'll see him if you come he's always wearing sun glasses and a beard. I'll think twice before I come back. |
