My Understanding of Media Literacy

  To be honest, when comes to media literacy,I used to be a student who knew nothing about it.But now,I have been interested in it.In my opinion,media literacy refers to the ability to select,realize,evaluat and create when people come across variety information from different oringin.In a word,it is an ability that people can use it to collect information or create information correctly.

  As for the reason why people needs to learn more about media literacy,I can give you some reasons.For one thing ,media literacy is a life skill,it helps us to distinguish bad from good.With media literacy,we won’t be easily affected by violent or pornographic information.What’s more,We will be more neutral to analyse information.For another,media literacy is a necessary quality of life-long learning because it is the presupposition of realizing education justice.
