My Understand of Media Literacy

In recent years, the development of media is quicker and quicker. There are more and more resources around us which we can use, such as mobile phones, internet and newspapers. But sometimes we can't make good use of these, so we should improve our media literacy.

In my opinion, media literacy is the ability of people who must have. First, people can gain information by media, then analyse and use the information properly. Second, people can use the information from media to communicate, study, create and complete ourselves. In addition to these, we should treat the information critically.

Certainly, the media literacy education can benefit us. First, I can acquire some knowledge about media. Second, I can learn some skills about using the media and methods of advertising. What is more important, it can improve my ability and make me study and work more effectively.

In a word, media literacy is very significant for us, so we should gradually improve it in our life.
