Nowadays,we live in the information age.With the construction of information increasingly deepening,the new entry "Media Literacy" gradually appeared in people's field of vision.So there comes a question, "What is media literacy?"In my point of view,media literacy is that people have for the cognitive process of information competence,including acquision,analysis,evaluation,and various forms of information transmission capacity. Media literacy education is a new form of education.From my perspective,it is vital for our college students to learn about media literacy.Although some students are capable of making use of many media tools,they do not know very well about them.Media literacy education equips us with sufficient knowledge about media,helping us exercise the ability of a variety of media use and enabling us to choose the proper media tools acording to our own situation.It benefits us a lot.
Media literacy education is such an interesting and helpful subject that I'm eager to learn more about it. |
