The poster is used to increase the horrible atmosphere of the horror movie.And in a way,the horrible poster is so different from others not only in backgrounnd but also in structure. It is no surprise that the background of the horror movie is black or red,which create a horrible atmosphere because the black is connected with darkness and secrect.Additionally,the red is always regarded as blood. What's more,the characters in the moive often have a tragic life or abnormal mind.Compared with others,the characters maybe are not handsome or beautiful. Moreover,the music sounds terrible in the horror movie.It always has no lyrics,but it is similar with the sounds of animals. Last but not least,the story of the horror movie is sad as a result of the tragic ending.The story refers to revenge and slaughter,which makes us think that the movie is full of blood and scream. All in all,the horror movie makes us feel horrible in all ways.
