网友常春藤家奇葩的下沉式卫生间水路  ★老妈装修日记★

 

看到网友常春藤家下沉式卫生间的水路（链接一下：http://home.focus.cn/msgview/607/327171779.html），真不知开发商是怎么设计的，一般这种下沉式卫生间都不做水路，业主可以根据自己需要自行安排，我很喜欢这样的卫生间装修方式，因为这样的卫生间水路洁具位置不受限制，设计可以自由发挥，能做出最适合自己的设计法案。

 

可是常春藤家下沉式卫生间的水路（上下水）开发商都做好了，如果给做水路，倒是好好设计一下啊，看了常春藤家下沉式卫生间奇葩的水路布局，真不理解这设计师是什么水平，能设计出这样的（下水）水路。看下图，这样的坐便器下水水路是“U”型的（1）。

 

坐便器下水是卫生间里最重要的下水，因为坐便器下水不同于其他下水，别的下水（洗面、地漏、洗衣机等）排的都是水，而坐便器下水带有固体物质，容易阻塞，所以对排水要求更高。保证坐便器下水排水通畅首先是排水距离短，排水线路越短排水越畅通无阻，所以一般坐便器的位置大都在主排水管附近。其次是排水线路拐弯要少，一字型线路最好，L型次之，U型两个拐弯，排水效果不如前两种排水。一般坐便器一字型线排水很少，基本是L型排水，U型排水也很少见，这次第一次见识。

 

常春藤家卫生间的水路开发商的设计绝对是一个失误，如果座便器在主排水左边，那么主排水管的排水口就应该向左，坐便器排水向后，再向右排进主下水管，这是最短的距离（2）。还有，通往其他下水口的路线要直线连接，两点间直线连接是最短的距离，就像电线的斜线连接最省线，倒不是为了省那点钱（PVC管没多少钱），这样一根直管连接不仅缩短了距离，还省去一个弯头，连接管件越多，漏水的几率就越大。再说这种下沉式卫生间都要填埋，下面怎么走线路都埋在地底下，所以不必横平竖直。

如果主下水管已做好，出水口方向不能改变了，那在左面的坐便器下水也应该向右，再向后排入主下水管，这样“L”型排水的距离比“U”排水距离短，还少一个弯头（3）。

 

如果开发商让我来设计水路管线，准比他们请的专业人士设计得好，碰到这种下沉式卫生间，最好的方式就是不做管路，让业主自己做，做出这种拐了八道弯的水路，那是花钱不落好找骂呢。

***老妈心得***

1.座便器下排水线路的距离越短，拐弯越少，排水越通畅。

2.下沉式卫生间的下水水路最好由业主自己安装，这样便于做出更适合业主需求的设计方案。

3.如果开发商把下沉式卫生间的下水水路已做完，觉得不合适可以改一下，PVC水管没多少钱，也很好施工。
