The American Food and Drug Administration does not back any of the so-called 'health benefits' of bee pollen. Moreover, scientifically none of the claims have been proven. You may hear different things about bee pollen, such as its amazing healing properties for medical conditions like asthma, allergies, digestive problems, etc. However, before resorting to bee pollen, make sure you consult your health care provider. Moreover, to be on the safe side pregnant and breastfeeding women should stay away from bee pollen. People with allergies should refrain from ingesting bee pollen as well.
