PressHVon①,whenHVon①redlampisoff,poweroff③redlampison,
HVisstarted.Pleasenote:
Ifpresspoweroff③,andredlightofpoweroffisstillon,thatmean,HVisstill
effective.Pleasetakecarethatthereisstillhighvoltage.

Otherequipmentwhichisnotprotectedshallnotcontactwiththisequipment.

Whentheequipmentisworkingthereshallbeaalarmingpanel,indicatingHV
danger.

AtthebacksideofHDBM,thereisapoweroffemergencybutton.Ifthereis
anyabnormality,pressHVoff,andequipmentwillswitchoffpower.Auto
dischargedevicewillautomaticallydischargeHVandtestedobject,andmake
earthing.

DChighvoltage,HVpulseandstablearc(lowvoltagepulsewithstablearc).
Inalloutputmodes,voltageisoutputthroughHVcable,whichisputatthe
backpanel.Pleasenote,HVoutputcableinsertandoffshallbedonewhen
powerisnotconnected,andwhenthereisnovoltage(voltmeteris0.).The

1.start,asto8.3,8.4,8.5.Takedischargerod,makethetestedobject
discharge.Connectagoodgroundingwiretotestedobject.Connectwell
theHVoutputwire,groundingwire,anddischargerod.
2．RotatethekeyswitchtoDChighvoltagegear,pressit.
3．Insertkey,rotateittoopen,andthenpoweronlamplights.
4．Presspoweron,greenlampisoff,HVonlights,andequipmentis
connectedtoworkpower.
5．Anti-clockwiseregulatethevoltagebutton,pressHVon,andHVonbuttonis
off.Powerofflampison.HVisstarted.
6．Accordingtotestrequirement,setoutputvoltage.Theequipmentdoesnot
haveovercurrentprotection.Testobjectbreakdowncauselowvoltageand
highcurrent.
7．Aftertestover,anticlockwiserotatethevoltagebuttontobottom,press
