We proudly introduce our new author Martin Harzer! He lives and works in Dresden, just like us. After starting a career in music business he turned his attention to jobs like journalism or training people how to laugh. This is probably the reason why his debut novel is full of humour and adventure. Whether a conversation with Putin, Jesus, Janis Joplin or the attempt to down a windmill with Don Quijote – nothing seems impossible!

We proudly introduce to you our new author Fabian Grimm! Born in Bavaria and after an excellent state examination, he started teaching German and English. As an established secondary-school teacher he leads a fine life in the south of Germany. During his travels throughout Asia he found inspirations for his enthralling novel and incorporated many of these experiences into his story. Fabian Grimm interweaves touching but also harrowing episodes and creates an incising tale about the search for meaning of life and the escape from one’s own fate. We are confident that we might read more of him soon!
As July is nearing its end, we welcome the opportunity to introduce two of our new authors: Christiane Omasreiter and Kathrin Scheck. The dynamic duo have been friends since they met back in school and – even after stints in different jobs and cities – never lost the passion for their collaborative writing. Christiane Omasreiter is currently teaching English and Business Administration at a vocational school while Kathrin Scheck has been continuously working in real estate management. Both now live with their families in the beautiful alpine region, where the two of them also devised the idea for their debut novel. Calling their literary coproduction sophisticated almost seems like an understatement, considering the high level of coordination and harmonization collaborative writing asks of each partner. It is a task the long-standing friends tackle admirably: Empathetic yet haunting, their debut reveals how the mundanities of growing-up gradually become lost in an ever faster approaching tidal wave of tyranny and war.
