项目位于重庆南路东侧，淮安路北侧，东北紧邻双山生态公园，基地所处区域周边道路网相对密集，交通通达性强，区内外联系便捷，可快速通达青岛市城各区块，在建的未来地铁一号双山紧邻基地，交通条件良好

景观设计构思理念：禅意+ 印记+ 企业文化

通过现代的手法，通过镜面水、竹子、自然山石、深色卵石等景观元素提升商业空间的品质，充满禅意的空间使景观变得深邃耐看，和建筑相得益彰，
凹陷建筑特色，一洗商业的喧嚣浮躁。

科技体验体现科技的新景观形式，通过音乐喷泉，智能灯光等带给人不同的景观体验，如音乐喷泉，让人们可以坐在一旁静静观赏喷泉有旋律的跳动，孩子们更可以在喷泉中嬉戏，躲避间歇的喷涌，与水同乐。
