原西德电影《英俊少年》1970年在欧美公映，1981年由上海电影译制厂译制后在我国上映，引起轰动。片中少年Heintje Simons（海因切.西蒙斯）用真名饰演主人公，并主唱影片中所有插曲，在电影史上绝无仅有。
