So, what I got:
This dress/tunica was crocheted from top to down. Pattern consist of lace strip which connect each to another with slip stitch. Below I created a little tutorial how to make it.
1. 首先钩13个锁针，在第七针锁针上钩1短针，接着钩6个锁针，在最后一针的位置钩1短针。 翻过来开始钩: 7 锁针, 在上一行6锁针的圈内钩（1长针+1锁针）*9，在钩1长针。最后再钩7个锁针，在最后一针上引拔
2. 翻面: 在上一行7个锁针上钩10个短针; 然后在每个锁针里钩: 1 短针, 3锁针, 1 短针;重复四次。在接下来的锁针里钩1短针
3. 现在开始钩第二个花型:钩13个锁针, 在第7个锁针上钩1短针
4. 6锁针, 在开始同样的锁针里钩1短针
5. 翻面钩下一行: 7 锁针, 在上一行6锁针的圈内钩（1长针+1锁针）*9，在钩1长针。最后再钩7个锁针，在最后一针上引拔
6. 翻面: 在上一行7个锁针上钩10个短针; 然后在每个锁针里钩: 1 短针, 3锁针, 1 短针;重复四次。在接下来的锁针里钩1短针
7. 钩到你想要的长度
8. 完成最后一个花型，在7锁针上钩10个短针
9 -10. Work dc/sc in next lace motif and finishing it by working dc/sc with 3 chs between in space of 1 ch and 10 dc/sc in space of 7 ch. 我们在图示位置的锁针处钩1短针，3锁针，1短针，重复4次，再在7锁针的位置钩10短针
11. 这样一行就完成了！
12. Now start to crochet second lace strip. Work it like first but in last row connect it to first by slip stitch in first grup of ds/sc and 3 ch. (See diagram). 现在我们开始钩另外一列：与第一二步的钩法相同，只是在钩1短针+3锁针+1短针的时候，在锁针的第二针的位置处与第一列用短针连接
