一个团队里，人分为五种：人渣，人员，人手，人才，人物。 Thereare always 5 types of people in a team—scum, shirker, roller, talent andpassionate character. 1、【人渣】就是牢骚抱怨、无事生非，拉帮结派，挑起事端、吃里扒外的破坏分子; Scum—a saboteur who isbelligerent and full of complaints, who likes to form a gang, stirs up troublesand all ready to betray when given a chance. 2、【人员】就是只领工资不爱做事，安排与自己无关的工作不愿干，属庸人之列; Shirker—a mediocreperson who only wants to get paid but does not like to work, avoiding everythingthat is not within his/her job specs. 3、【人手】就是安排什么做什么，不安排绝对不做，等着下命令的人; Roller—a worker whowaits for instructions, who does only work that has been assigned to him/her. 4、【人才】就是每天发自内心做事，做事有责任、有思路、有条理，知道公司的事做好了，受益的是自己，同时真心为公司操心的人; Talent—a responsible,orderly and creative employee who works whole-heartedly for the company,knowing that he/she is going to benefit from whatever he/she has done for thecompany. 5、【人物】就是全身心投入，用灵魂去思考、做事，决心要和企业做一番事业的人! 就如金尊人！ Passionate character—adedicated person who thinks with his/her soul and is resolved to make it big ina corporation, just like DKG members! 人员斤斤计较，人手需要引导， 人才关注当下，人物放眼未来! 发展要靠人才，做大要靠人物! A shirker iscalculative, and a roller needs guidance, A talent lives themoment, while a passionate character looks to the future! What is a dream? 朝思暮想、做梦都想、时刻都想，而且一想起就热血沸腾，那才叫梦想! It is something thatyou think about every moment, something that makes your heart race every timeyou think about it. 2.什么叫信念? What is calmness? 面对诱惑而毫不动心、面对打击而面不改色，纵然困难重重也微笑前进，那才叫淡定! It is a state ofapathy in the face of temptations and predicaments, always moving forward witha smile on your face. 5.什么叫团队?
