别跟我聊情怀和梦想，我只想努力把学生的英语课上好。这个五一，不要问我去哪，因为我把自己的时间和精力浓缩成了对学生的爱，都放在了学生课堂促进研究上。 一、组织课堂用语 听、说、读、写等组织活动用语 1. 上课 （Class begins!） 1）Let's start now. / Let's begin our class / lesson. 现在开始上课。 2）Stand up, please. 请起立。 3）Sit down, please. 请坐。 2. 考勤 （Checking attendance） 1)Who's on duty today? / Who's helping this morning / today? 今天谁值日？ 2）Is everyone / everybody here / present? 所有人都在吗？ 3）Is anyone / anybody away? / Is anyone / anybody absent ? /Who's absent? / Who's away?/ Where is he / she？谁缺席了？ 3.宣布（Announcing） 1.Let's start working． Let's begin / start a （our）new lesson． /Start! / Start now． 2.First, let's review / do some revision．首先，让我们做一下复习。 3. One, two, three, go/start! 一、二、三开始 4.Let’s go for it! / Do it!我们开始吧。 5. Ready? Go! / Are you ready?准备好了吗？出发！ 4.鼓励（Encouraging） 1、 Think it over and try again. 再好好想想，然后试一下。 2、 Don't be afraid / shy. 别害怕/害羞。 3、 Come on! Try, please．来吧，试试，加油！ 4、 Please try your best． / Do your best．尽力而为吧。 5、 Think it over and try again．想想，再试试！ 5.小组练习用语 1. Now please work in groups/pairs小组/同桌两人讨论 2.Talk to your partner. 跟同桌讨论 3.Tell your desk mate 告诉同桌． 6.提起注意（Directing attention） 1.Did you get there? / Do you understand? 2. Is that clear? 3. Any volunteers? 4. Do you know what to do? 5.Listen, please． / Listen carefully, please 6.Listen to the tape recorder / the recording． 7. Look carefully, please．/ Watch carefully． 8.Look over here． Are you watching? 9.
