Dear Smith,

  I’mwriting to invite you to participate in the 50th anniversary celebration of ourschool. We whole class are expecting you to come. The detailed information islisted here.

  Thecelebration will begin at 8 o’clock p.m. on September 20th, 2016. According tothe schedule, it will last (for) two hours. The celebration is going to hold inYouth Activity Centre, which is located on the northeast side of the crossroadof College Avenue and XingHua Avenue. A lot of students will share their performances,such as singing, dancing and poetry reciting. By the way, your seat number isNo.6, row 4, section 3. We will leave a card with you name on it, so you caneasily find the seat.
