大学生面临的压力

人们所谓的压力就是人对付那些自己认为很难对付那些自己认为很难对付的情况时,所产生的情绪和身体上的异常反应。它是人和环境的相互作用的结果,是机体内部状态,是焦虑,强烈的情绪和生理上的唤醒,以及挫折各种情感和反应。 
最近一项在校大学生心理健康状况调查显示,75%的大学生认为压力主要源于社会就业。50%的大学生对于自己毕业后的发展前途感到迷茫,没有目标;41.7%的大学生表示目前没有考虑太多;仅有8.3%的人对自己的未来有明确的目标并且充满信心

二. 压力表现
(一)就业压力:我国是个人口大国,大学生毕业人数逐年上升,而社会需求的岗位数量却变化不大。根据对中国未来新增劳动力人口的测量,未来数年我国青年新增劳动力人口每年仍保持在1500~2200万之间的高位,供大于求,大学生毕业初次就业率逐年下降,直接导致就业压力增大。

  (二)学习与生活的压力。大部分大学生都曾感到过学习的压力,但如学不会释放压力,精神就会长期处于高度紧张的状态下,极可能导致强迫、焦虑甚至是精神分裂等心理疾病的出现。目前,在校生中约有20%是贫困生,而这其中5%-7%是特困生。调查表明,70%以上的贫困生认为自己承受着巨大的学习、生活压力。

(三)  经济上的压力:对于大学生来说有大部分的同学不愿意在伸手要钱,他们用课余时间用来打工挣钱。但是随着年级的增长,学生的各种来校也逐渐的上涨,谈恋爱,上网吧,过生日,租房子,交际应酬…这些费用的增加让很多的学生非常的发愁,在经济压力方面,16%的学生感觉到压力很大,48% 的学生认为有压力但不严重,没有经济压力的学生占36%,说明现在的大部分学生都大部分担心经济问题。

(四)情感上的压力。大学生对情感方面的问题能否正确认识与处理,已直接影响到大学生的心理健康。大量个案表明,大学生因恋爱所造成的情感危机,是诱发大学生心理问题的重要因素,有的人因此而走向极端,甚至造成悲剧。

三. 缓解压力的方法
1,首先要设定现实的目标:对自己和别人的期望值要实际一些,使之切实可行,避免因实现
困难或无法实现而紧张焦虑。
2、将压力写出来:心中压力时,不防将这些压力按大小顺序写出来此时你就会发现,只
要各个击破,其实压力很容易缓解。

3、当要做的事情很多,可以进行统筹安排:事情往往分为必须做、应该做和想做的。如果必须做的事没做,就会增加内心的紧张或压力.所以,您只要先把必须做的事完成,就会减轻压力。。
4、适时放松:每个人在工作之后都需要要放松,如听音乐、洗澡、看喜剧片、外出旅游和保证充足的睡眠等。

上,心中充满安详、宁静、平和的感受,这样可在短时间内缓解紧张,恢复精力。
6、压力大时想哭就哭:哭能缓解压力,让情感抒发出来要比深埋在心里有益得多。

8,定期进行体育锻炼,增强体质。良好的身体素质是战胜心理压力的基础。
