吃是我们不变的话题，但是很多人形容味道基本只会用yummy，delicious等，但是具体的形容口感的词汇却不太会用，这就是我们在学习英语时的一个瓶颈。如何让自己的英语变的生动，其实就是在这些细节中体现。 下面我分享一些常用的词语。 1. bitter adj. 苦的 看到这个词，你的嘴里是不是已经泛起浓浓的中药味了呢？是的！就是这个味儿！下次麻麻再逼你喝中药，你就可以跟麻麻说： The Chinese medicine tastes rather bitter! 这中药苦极了！ 2. bland adj.淡而无味 看到这个词，你会不会想到“blank（空白的）”？嘴里空空的可不就是淡而无味吗~一起学习下面的例句来加深印象： The soup is too bland for me. 这汤我喝起来偏淡。 He eats a bland diet for fitness. 他为健身而吃清淡食物。 同样表示“清淡的”还有mild，这两个词语可以替换使用： He eats a mild diet for fitness. 他为健身而吃清淡食物。 The spices are very mild. 这香料味道很淡。 此外，还有tasteless： The vegetables have been cooked for too long. They are tasteless. 蔬菜煮得太久了，都没味道了。 （tip：“-less”是英文构词法中常见的形容词尾缀，表示“无”，taste有“味道”的意思，没有味道当然就是淡而无味啦。） 3. crisp adj.脆的 嘎嘣脆，鸡肉味！什么？你说你想到贝爷？其实小编只是在说脆皮炸鸡诶: Bake the chicken until its skin is crisp. 将鸡肉烤至外皮酥脆。 4. hot adj.热的；辣的 俗话说“心急吃不了热豆腐”，很多菜都要趁热才好吃。hot的其中一个意思就是“热的”，让我们来看例句： The soup is hot. Let it cool down. 汤还很烫。让它晾一会儿。 除了表示“热的”，hot还表示另一个意思。想想什么时候嘴里会热热的呢？对啦！就是吃辣椒被辣的不行的时候： The curry is too hot. 这咖喱太辣了。 同样表示“辣的”还有spicy，不过这种辣主要是香料产生的辛辣： Thai food is spicy. 泰国菜味道辛辣。 John enjoys eating spicy Mexican food. 约翰喜欢吃辛辣的墨西哥菜肴。 5.salty adj.咸的 想必感受过中国第九大菜系——食堂菜系的小伙伴们一定都对这个味道感触颇深，一口菜可以就着半碗白米饭呢，麻麻再也不用担心孩子不吃饭啦！让我们看看例句： The sauce is much too salty. I think you should add some water and boil it down. 酱太咸了。我觉得你应该加点水熬煮一会儿。 6. savory adj.美味的 但是无论是什么味道，自己喜欢的才是美味的。一起来看例句： Savory crackers with cheese make a great snack. 美味的脆饼加上芝士就做成了一道可口的小吃。 学习了这么多新词语，下次和歪果仁一起吃饭可别只会用yummy哦！ －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 还有就是经常去一些pubs，club等但是好多小伙伴竟然只会用手指着说yes or no，这个实在太囧了。所以和酒吧相关的一些词汇也值得多积累一些。 酒吧 Bars 调酒师 bartender A: Are there any good pubs nearby? B: Yes,there is a bar across the street. The bartender is great. 饮酒过量 go overboard A: I like going to pubs and having a drink. B: Me too.Drinking always makes me relaxed. A: Yes,it does. Just don't go overboard. B: Indeed. 18岁以下禁止进酒吧喝酒。Nobody under 18 is allowed in a bar. A: What can I do for you? B: Could I order a beer? A: Sorry.Nobody under 18 is allowed in a bar.
