卖衣服的一点成功经验,个人心得

首先我在这里要感谢我们尊敬的卢老师,第一篇帖子经过你的置顶加精,有那么多的圈友阅读与评论!更要感谢我们的商友圈帖子推荐小秘,把我的帖子放在了头版,让更多的人认识了我,谢谢你们!我可能没有华丽的语言,更没有丰富的经验,但是我有一颗诚挚与分享的心,我不求与人相比,但求超越自己,帖子写得不好还望大家谅解,谢谢!

 

接下来我们开始谈谈销售,只代表个人观点!前几天因为工作太忙,所以文章就没有更新,在这里给大伙说声对不起。今天我想跟大伙谈谈销售接待篇,所以像什么进货、陈列还有店铺选址等等相关信息请各位请教其他前辈,我在这里就不多说了,以后有机会一起探讨。下面我会用幽默的语言一步一步把我这几年的经历和总结告诉大家,让我们一起学习成长。

 

各位创业伙伴记住;“只要决心成功,失败永远不会把你击垮”。我在做销售之前也是很内向,很腼腆的,话都不敢多讲,还怕在人多的地方露面,但是进入销售行业就不一样了,我就时常告诉自己,因为要做好销售,第一就是要开口说话,要有幽默的语言,我这里讲的是幽默,不是专业,不然怎么可能把你的产品销售给顾客。所以做好销售首先就是要敢讲,讲错了不怕,第二次改正,出丑才会成长,成长就会出丑,所以你们别怕,勇敢跨出第一步。在我刚进入服装行业上班的时候,不懂,店长就给了我很多资料,什么销售一百问,FAB法则,28定律,总之太多资料,我看都看不过来,而且我那时候实习一个月从早到晚站着,只有吃饭的时候能坐一下,其他时间都站着,实习的一个月我没有休息一天,在店里面上班就看产品,回到家就看资料。要是换成现在的我作比喻的话就是,“当初用一麻袋的钱上大学,换了一麻袋书;毕业了,用这些书换钱,却买不起一个麻袋”!就像店长给了我那么多资料,我看了最后还是卖不出去一件衣服。我在这里是想告诉伙伴们,这些东西懂一点就好,别把自己搞得像专家一样,包括我们开小店卖散货的。你们想一下,一个进来买衣服的顾客,是想成为你的朋友,还是想成为被你推销的对象。肯定不愿意被推销,是愿意和你做朋友。而且进来的有几个懂衣服面料和你讲的那些专业术语,我到今天都还不懂,除非你是搞高科技发明的,和那些所谓的专家谈专业术语。要讲到什么程度呢,就是要让顾客和你交流了到最后不给你买衣服都不行,不购买离开都是总感觉对不起你,欠你点什么,各位伙伴,你们做得到吗?如果不信,你们现在就当成是我的顾客,我是卖男装的,我想把衣服卖给你,我就让你们体验一下我是怎么做销售的,但是今天只给你们体验我的接待篇,后续我会继续更新,让你们体验不同的购物流程。

进来一位顾客,我上去迎接,这里我不会说什么欢迎光临,什么新款上市,请问你需要点什么之类的我都不说,这些都是废话,因为他去到别的地方都听到这样的话,所以来到你这里,你再讲,没有杀伤力,管不了用,因为顾客已经麻木了。我打个比方,你们在给长辈过生日的时候,你们祝他生日快乐,会怎么说?是不是,爷爷奶奶,祝你生日快乐,寿比南山,长命百岁之类什么的。!这都是通用话语,谁都会说,没有新鲜感!所以在我这里我就会这样说,稍微变动一点点,意思就不一样。爷爷奶奶,祝你们生日快乐,天天开心,“你们的健康就是我们最大的幸福”!你们好好体会一下,是不是感觉含义不一样了,而且还有点感觉你还代表了身边的人说了一样。这些都是一些说话的技巧,对销售很有帮助的,所以你们一定要创新,各位,以后说话记住多用你们和我们,少用你和我!哎.....这些都是我自己总结出来的。亲;请继续往下看!

 

告诉你们一个秘密:“男人爱面子,女人爱美丽”,抓住这两点你已经离销售精英不远了。卖衣服不要只想着便宜,只想着打折促销,这样没有发展潜力。要让顾客感觉到来你这里,你50元进的,他花300元买,还感觉非常值得,你们会不会觉得我们太爆力?别人都说我们做生意的是奸商,在这里我证明,是的,我们是奸商,只是我们对钱对事不对人。因为我们有压力,要买房,要买车,要结婚生子,如果你将来要是苦不到钱,你老婆会骂你没出息,弄不好还会跟人家有钱的男人跑了;等你儿子长大了,还会嫌你窝囊。就现在手中那点钱,勉强够糊口,眼下这般房价,简直逼人跳楼。所以趁年轻,努力吧,怕苦会苦一辈子,不怕苦,只苦一阵子。

 

怎么才不会让自己的产品廉价,教你们一招,少去谈衣服,多去谈客户,你们要知道衣服只是你做销售的一个媒介,顾客最终认可的还是你本人,一个店铺最好的产品就是你老板本人,你能把自己卖给多少顾客,你就能带领多大的团队,到最后,你已经不是在卖衣服了,而是在卖你的文化,卖服装背后的故事。别人是复制不了的,产品可以复制,装修可以复制,陈列可以复制,但是你的经营模式和销售模式是别人复制不了的。这样长期下去,久而久之一个品牌文化就出来了,就像今天的口可口了和麦当劳肯德基,你们以为可口可乐就是最有营养的吗,麦当劳肯德基的食品绝对安全吗?那不一定,前几天还报道用过期肉,吃不死人!那为什么他们的生意还那么好呢,原因,很简单,就是因为他们已经有了自己的一套经营模式和销售模式。更何况衣服又不会说话,也不会增值,就像个固定的东西,最终还是得靠你的那张嘴巴讲。

就刚刚那位顾客进来,我会说,是本地人,我就用家乡话,是外地的我就用普通话,如果本地人看见你那么高尚用普通话跟他沟通,他怎么习惯嘛,要入乡随俗,在心里就感觉和你有差距了。所以要顺着顾客的心思去,就这么微妙。你们都还不知道顾客想什么,还想把衣服销售给他。而且在我们这个年龄有个很大的好处,30岁以上的男的进来我就叫哥,帅的就叫帅哥,熟了就叫兄弟。30岁以上的美女进店我统统可以叫姐或美女,漂亮我就统称美女,不漂亮的我就统一叫姐。这是打招呼的最好之处,因为是陌生人,你们相互还不知道姓。如果我刚开始做销售,我会说,哥;你好!我是新来的导购,今天想让你给我一个为你服务的机会,针对陌生顾客。姐:最近很少看见你,都在忙些什么呢,上次买的衣服带回去合适吗,我也很想亲自见见哥,哪天带过来我们见个面交流一下嘛!针对熟客。和人沟通交流你可以这样先拉近距离,不要每次来都是,我们又进了一些新款,有些货品在处理打折。但不要太夸张,适当就好。再加上一些肢体语言,那就更有说服力啦,不成功都难。这中间顾客可能会说一些话语,比如我先看看,或者随便转转什么的,这些你都不要放在心上。但你要大胆的说你该说的,人生就是在一个地方丢脸,在另一个地方有脸, 成功之前叫皮,成功之后叫脸。 表情 我会说;针对陌生顾客。没事的,给我们试试衣服,当当衣架子也可以,也好让我们以后知道我们的衣服适合哪些人群。买不买真的没关系,先看看适不适合,不适合改天再来,适合了穿着给我们做做口碑宣传!像你这么大的老板,平时这么忙,难得有这样的机会来逛逛,如果可以的话,你试穿一下。熟客就说;姐,今天是要给哥买点上装还是下装,不要说看点上装还是下装。一字之差,原因自己想!我们这个月还差点业绩就能得到公司的奖励了,所以你帮我们成交一单就是帮我们完成了一个团队的愿望,我真的是非常的感谢你!就这样顾客很容易就接受我啦,一回生二回熟,时间长了还有什么卖不出去的!各位亲:不是我们努力不够,只是因为我们没有说话说到刀刃上!
