Making Ungraded Questions Required or Optional in Form ViewTo make a survey question required or optional in Form View, go to the Question tab on the ribbon and use the Require drop-down to select an option.
To make a freeform question optional, you'll need to make it ungraded first, then select User may skip from the Require drop-down.
