The Boston Herald has reported that Sasha, who is going by her full name of Natasha, is watched at all times by her security detail who sit at various tables throughout the restaurant.
“She’s been working downstairs at takeout,’ said a server at the restaurant.
“We were wondering why there were six people helping this girl, but then we found out who it was.”

At the end of her shift on Tuesday Sasha was seen bringing her security entourage some food before climbing into the blacked out SUV.
Martha’s Vineyard is a favourite spot of the Obamas, with the family often visiting the spot during the President’s August holiday.
The First Daughter is believed to be working there until Saturday when the rest of her family will join her for a two week holiday.
The Obamas’ youngest daughter has been reportedly working an early four-hour shift at the busy restaurant, finishing just a half hour after it opens for business at 11:30 a.m.
Her role includes taking orders and helping to prepare the restaurant for its lunchtime opening.
Her parents are friends with Nancy’s owner, Joe Moujabber.
The White House are yet to comment on the report but First Lady Michelle Obama has spoken about trying to bring her two daughters up as normally as possible.
In an interview with Oprah in June, the former-lawyer said: “So you remember Malia and Sasha were little itty-bitties when we came into office. I mean, it still moves me to tears to think about the first day I put them in the car with their Secret Service agents to go to their first day of school.
