Thanksgiving is a piece of music by George Winston, an American pianist. He was born in Michigan, and grew up mainly in Miles City, Montana, as well as Mississippi and Florida. He attended Stetson University in Deland, Florida, and lives in Santa Cruz,California.
And Thanksgiving was included in his fourth solo piano album December , released in 1982, and is a tribute to the winter season. This album was a follow up to Autumn. Two tracks were added for the anniversary edition, released in 2001: 'A Christmas Song' and 'Sleep Baby Mine'.
