为何那些理论性东西(专用名词,术语等等)其实都是生活很简单的例子,喜欢把很简单的东西说的很复杂?

解释不是定义,定义才是科学的界说。另外,任何专业的发展都有技能同用语的区别,用语越来越复杂,是为了建立一种membership的关系,不懂此言,不在此圈,一边呆着去的意思!
